We are beautifully designed for movement. We have an amazing capacity for ease, flexibility, power and expressiveness in all that we do. It is our birthright. All too often however we unwittingly interfere with this design as we go about our daily activities. Energy, ease, and grace give way to undo effort, tension, and fatigue. The Alexander Technique offers us a process where we learn to consciously sense and relinquish those ineffectual movement patterns and find ourselves moving with awareness and lightness.
